- If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a right to cancel your online order up until 14 days after you receive your goods. These rights are provided to you in law by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and nothing stated or implied here shall be taken as an intention to restrict those rights
- Only products which are unused, in as new condition, in their original packaging, unopened will be eligible to be returned and refunded. PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons this is especially important
- Upon receiving the goods back, the product(s) will be checked and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Only if the item meets the conditions above will a refund will be made
- If you have ordered a bespoke or personalised item, this is not eligible for a refund
- Please note in this instance you are responsible for any return postage costs
- However, if the goods are faulty, mis described or not fit for purpose please contact us immediately and we will generally refund the item, including the return postage costs, or exchange the item after having had the opportunity to examine the goods when we receive them back
