I live and work in Devon, close to Dartmoor and the South Devon coast.
I worked in the beauty industry for over thirty years, with a passion for natural health and wellbeing, and aromatherapy has always been at the forefront of this.
After selling my Heath & Beauty Clinic to enable me to have more family time, it was during this period that I was presented with many life challenges to contend with. I found solace in creating aromatherapy soaps along with Pilates, yoga and walking in order to try and maintain some kind of equilibrium. At the start of the pandemic, and with hand washing of paramount importance, I gifted lots of soap into the local community and in return was fortunate enough to receive encouraging and positive feedback. This motivated me to plunge into some further training and that the time was right to launch my small business.
My soaps are handmade using ethically sourced ingredients, organic when available. They are rich in shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa butter. They are eco-friendly, reducing the need for single use plastic, and my packaging is kept to a minimal and recyclable . They are cruelty-free and vegan. They contain no synthetic fragrances, colours, parabens, SLS or palm oil. My products have been tested and have a full cosmetic product safety report to validate them.
I hope that you enjoy using them to gently clean your skin without drying the natural oils and most importantly love the careful blend of aromatherapy oils to awaken your senses through touch and smell.
I am a member of The Guild of Craft Soap & Toiletry Makers (membership no. 8434).
I source the majority of my ingredients from a local Devon-based supplier, however owing to the nature of the ingredients it is not always possible for certain ingredients to be locally sourced, however I am mindful of being as sustainable and ethical as possible.
I am also a Wellbeing & Nutrition Coach. Please click on the link to visit the Wellness & Nutrition Coach website.
